| h Greek (el) | Η Ντόρα Μπακογιάννη εκλέχθηκε Δήμαρχος Αθηναίων τον Οκτώβριο του 2002. Ήταν η πρώτη γυναίκα δήμαρχος της πόλης. Μετά την αποχώρησή της τον Φεβρουάριο του 2006, λόγω ανάληψης του Υπουργείου Εξωτερικών, δήμαρχος ανέλαβε έπειτα από εκλογές στο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο ο Θεόδωρος Μπεχράκης. Στις δημοτικές εκλογές του Οκτωβρίου του 2006 εκλέχθηκε Δήμαρχος Αθηναίων ο Νικήτας Κακλαμάνης από τον πρώτο γύρο. Στις επόμενες εκλογές, τον Νοέμβριο του 2010, η δημαρχία της πόλης πέρασε στον Γεώργιο Καμίνη. Από την 1η Σεπτεμβρίου 2019, δήμαρχος Αθηναίων είναι ο Κώστας Μπακογιάννης. |
